My approach
I focus on creating a timeless look so your photos won’t feel dated as trends change over time, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get creative and have fun with it. Your gallery will still include things like emotive motion blur, detail shots, modern portraits, and any trends that inspire me in the moment.

I’m Makenna. Photographer. Traveler. Forever with a camera in one hand and my passport in the other. I’m always chasing those quiet
in-between moments that feel unforgettable… and my next iced latte.
Coming from an editorial and entertainment background, I naturally lean toward timeless frames with a cinematic feel. More than anything, I’m drawn to emotion and candid moments.
For me, photography isn’t about perfect poses. It’s about the real moments, like the champagne toast that spills a little, the wind catching your dress just right, and the kind of laughter where you forget the camera is there. The stylish, the sentimental, the slightly imperfect: that’s where the magic lives.
Your images will feel just as meaningful years from now. Whether it’s 5 weeks or 50 years later, you’ll be able to look back and feel it all over again. I can't wait to capture your story ✨
